Phosphorous Storm Loading KiScript inc. Baseflow Separation

Hi All,

This was developed by a Watershed District in Minnesota with similar responsibilities as the Conservation Authorities. It is a script used to identify discharge peaks, calculate and separate baseflow, and determine the amount of phosphorous loading that occurred as a result of the storm. There is documentation to provide background as to its purpose and use.
