Hey,

Does anyone have there DPC set up to email them the results? I am wanting to get us working towards this and want to know what i have to do to have that final result.

@cmcguire I know you have this for your CA. Would you be able to assist with this?

Hey Gage,

This was a tricky one to get working with the security settings on our server.  Ultimately we have the Windows Task Scheduler running a .bat file which in turn calls a .vbs function (both attached).

1. We have these files saved to a common folder on our server.  Open the task scheduler and click on 'Task Scheduler Library' and click on 'Create Task' in the action pane.

2. Click on the Actions tab and then select 'New'.  Under the 'Action' select 'Start a Program'.  Paste the location of your .bat file into the 'Program/Script:' text field. Click 'OK'.

3 Click the 'Conditions' tab and unselect anything that is selected by default.

4. Click on the 'Settings' tab and match them to the settings in the 'Autorun Settings' image (attached).

5. Click on the 'Triggers' tab and adjust the settings to your needs. An example is attached as 'Autorun Trigger'.

6. Click on the 'General' tab and give the task a relevant name.  Select 'Run whether the user is logged in or not' and 'Run with highest privileges'.

7. Select 'Change User or Group' and then 'Advanced'.  Select 'Locations and then 'Entire Directory'.  Enter your username into the 'Starts With' text field and then select 'Find Now'.  Double click on your account in the search results.  Click 'OK'. THIS STEP MUST BE COMPLETED ANY TIME THE TASK IS EDITED.

8. Click 'OK' and enter your password.
