After playing around with KiDAT it looks like the timezone setting is causing the data's time stamp to be an hour early.  Switching the timezone from -1 to 0 in the KidAT task seems to solve the problem.  Here's how we fixed it:
Step 1. Open KiDAT, select the task you want to fix and click edit.
Step 2. Select the station to be fixed and change the 'Timezone' to '0'.
Step 3. Click 'Update' and repeat step 2 as necessary.
Step 4. Click 'Save' to exit the task editor.

Previously imported data will need a time shift to be accurate.
